I would like to take the opportunity to say how pleased we were with 4 x 4 Expeditions Tour arrangements. We had no way of knowing in advance how arduous the off-road conditions would be. Erik,is not only an excellent and careful driver, but was at all times,polite, patient and always on hand to help us overcome and provide solutions to some quite major difficulties off-roading and “archaeologically” speaking. We would not hesitate to use him again as our driver and guide.

Thought I would let you know that everything was perfect with the tour to Cusco. I was met at each place, the tours were excellent, and hotels fine, all the arrangements were good. I really liked Cusco, and Machu >Picchu was naturally amazing. Glad I had two days there, as I was able to experience it in the morning when it was quiet. Would have even liked to spend longer in Cusco and continue exploring. Now back in Lima, at the Sheraton, which is very nice. Will have a few more days to explore Lima, and looking forward to it, as I have ppicked out enough sites etc. to keep me quite busy. May even see my cousins tomorrow night before I leave, as they are now in MP.

Just a quick note form Belgium again. The earthquake in Haiti brought back some memories from the earthquake in Peru, about 2,5 years ago.
We’re still tremendously thankful that you have picked us up in Ica and drove us to Lima. We were lucky and blessed that a warmhearted person like you cross our path there. We will never forget it!
How are your son and daughter doing? And how is the new house? We moved in in our house about a year and a half ago. Currently we are doing some construction works to improve it. When it is finished (probably in summer), we have plenty of room, so if you or one of your family members or personnel is in the neighbourhood would happen to be in the neighbourhood, feel free to stay over!
